We are searching for experienced candidates to join our Tool Room team as CNC Machinists!

• The wage range for this role is $25 - $34 per hour, plus bonuses, based on experience and education!

Here is a snapshot of what the job entails:

• Interpret prints including tolerances and basic geometric tolerancing and dimensioning, as well as thread specifications and designations on prints.
• Produce tooling or component parts that support tool building or repair processes.
• Utilize an understanding of Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) systems including basic programming with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
• Program and set up CNC Machining Center operations by utilizing an understanding of Cartesian coordinate systems, proper work holding techniques, CNC milling controls and utilizing conversational programming.
• Calibrate and setup CNC Machining Center Probing system. Utilize CNC Machining Center Probing system to locate work and tools.
• Perform operations and production of machined parts on CNC mills and CNC lathes, Wire EDM, precision grinders, conventional lathes, conventional vertical mills and knee mills with various types of tooling.

What would make you a great candidate?

• Completion of a 2-year CNC Technician program
• Completion of a CNC Machinist or Took & Die Maker Apprenticeship
• 1-2 years of experience in a CNC Machinist or Tool and Die Maker role.
