Our chamfering capabilities include our straightening process as well as stand alone equipment that creates flexibility in our production cell designs. Chamfers is many cases offer the design advantage of an angled leading edge on the steel wire and also offer the benefit of breaking the sharp edge often left by wire cutting operations.

-Typically thirty or forty-five degree angle. Other angles are available if required.
-The chamfer length in many cases is also specified.
